Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Each item is made to order and packaged with care.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on individual items.

For larger orders or sets, please contact us and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@curiomail.com

We’ll make it right, whether that means a replacement or refund.
